He brings deep technical knowledge and proven leadership to high-capacity power installations, delivering reliable, site-specific solutions for critical infrastructure and disaster recovery projects across the country.

JR has played a key role in disaster recovery efforts for every major hurricane since 2017, delivering critical power solutions. Among his large-scale projects, he supported the installation of 14 megawatts at a substation in Connecticut and 28 megawatts on Martha’s Vineyard, where he performed system setup and installation under challenging conditions, including remote access and limited infrastructure.

JR’s strong technical foundation, combined with his ability to lead teams and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors, ensures that systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals.
